Where did you pick up the fluid film?

 

Dropped it off at the dealer to get a switch replaced under warranty. The switch is the volume control on the steering wheel. The volume down part keeps sticking in the down position basically muting the radio.

 

Question, I've wondered why the outside corner bulbs don't seem to be as bright as the inner ones (sorry for lack of terminology). Are these after-market bulbs for that reason?

 

Not sure I get the question, but its a smaller bulb so I guess that's why its just not as visible, but I got the vleds ones and the visibility was improved, but they are still difficult to notice in sunlight. Could be the reflector style possibly,

 

It has 116000 I got a extra warranty from place I bought it. I don't know why they won't cover it. I'll talk to my buddy to see if he could help me with it.

 

Found a maintenance road (?) at nearby park. It started off easy and made for some scenic views at a creek:





After about half a mile, the rocks got bigger LOL

 

Installed color matched grille and dipped the emblem..


Trimmed the stock antenna down to 20 inches..

Windows had hard water spots. Tried a clay bar, looks much better now.

Finally got around to color matching the grille and killing off the chrome. Dipped the emblem while I was at it. We'll see how it holds up.

 

Put the OEM 2012 Panasonic touch screen strep in my 2009 access cab . Oh and installed the weather tech window liners.

 

I all I did was wash it..

Painted the silver center consle, added a few switches for the light bars and inverter, and since I was in there added blue leds I had lying around. They are blue even though they look purple in the pic
