    Not illegal. You just have to make it yourself. Google the law. Once its made you have 72hrs to get it registered.

    Yeah I could swear 80% lowers were illegal!!! But if it's legit then mad props Brandon! Do you have to engrave a serial number on it to register it? I'll bet HPD gives you some crooked looks when you take it in.

    Damn! I was happily surprised when my lot of spare parts arrived a few days early :) But the $2 savage x frame doesn't fit my motor mount. So I have to order the kershaw savage x motor mount now..

    you have to permanantly mark the serial. some states dont even require that. An 80% I'd pretty much a paperweight until its finished. Last time I checked its legal in every state.

    ill be down for sandys sunday, but am i going to be the only one doing the BHLM sunday morning??? who else wants to come down?

    oh and Ron... my rear brake line exploded on my 03 sportster. and as it looks there is a leak in the rear master cylinder as well. I need your expertise on what to do seeing as this is my first bike.
