    Hey AllPro,
I think my inter-leaf pads are shot (or bushings maybe?) do you guys sell replacement pads? I should be able to spread the leaves and pop then out right?

My leaves are rusty but I have some ridiculous squeaking and feel the pack doesn't articulate as good as it did. I've tried cleaning and lubing in between the leaves but nothing helps.

Some shots of DefconBrix's PackRack setup.

    Details:
    > Steel PackRack
    > Height X is above bed rails.
    > (12) weld-nut inserts
    > Accessory Bars being used as an Axe and Hi-Lift mount
    > Custom repurposed military canvas cover being used as a sun shade

We are in the process of getting a sun shade style cover like this using a sunbrella style fabric. This would be secured using the Weld-Nut insert options and tightening straps from front to back (this would not go all the way down to the bed rails or have the rolled look that DefconBrix has). Would any be interested in something like this?

UV-stable awning material, grommets, and all edges are folded and sewn. Used 160lb paracord and zip ties (to keep it classy) to secure it. Then used pro-grade velcro on the center bar so it doesn't "bounce" at speed.

I'm in, was planning on a packrack soon, and getting custom canvas done, let's see how this turns out, would prefer to have an option to roll up or down to bed rails.

Looks awesome! Thanks for sharing this with us!

    Thanks for your interest!

We won't be able to offer a full side roll-down because of all the different heights customers request or weld-up their PackRacks unfortunately.

The only size or length that doesn't change from us is where we put the weld-nut inserts. This is where our sunshade covers would extend down the sides to that we are working on offering.

If you wanted something similar to what DefconBrix has done you might have to get with a custom canvas shop.

We are currently working on new accessories for the PackRack to include a drop-in cargo basket that will attach in between the top rails.

What other options or accessories would you all like to see us come out with?

Would it be possible to buy the tabs made for the rotopax mounts separately from y'all?

I have a regular accessory bar that I'd like to add the tabs to.

    Hey PcBuilder,

We should be able to help you out, give us a call on Monday :D

Another option instead of welding on the tabs would be to get a pair of FourTreks billet mounts made for the rotopax so you could take it on and off as needed. Just something to also consider.

    http://www.fourtreks.com/modular_pax_mount.html

    Cheers!

    Thanks! Will do

Looked into those as well, but at $100 for those to mount a set of rotopax I'm hoping that getting some tabs from you guys will be a little cheaper! Haha
