    There is a shortage of nurses and it's a field that will grow. But one step further there is an greater shortage of intructors at the nursing schools.

    Out here they pay them very well..

    I heard about the shortage of instructors... I believe they're paid pretty well here. Honestly, compensation isn't what is driving me. I just want to do something useful for others and enjoy what I do. The other part about nursing that I like is that I can get a job pretty much anywhere and since I have this overwhelming urge to get out of NJ... it's looking like the right path for me.

    On top of the fact that I'd be constantly learning new things. My brain is a sponge.
