    Morning folks, great day here in New England today! About 60 and rising, full on sun, deep blue sky. Ahh. I consider myself lucky to not suffer allergies in the spring. Everyone else in the family is kind of miserable this time of year.

    I'm hoping my parents decide to downsize soon...my youngest brother just graduated from Clemson last weekend...so they no longer need the 4BR 2.5BA with a pool and huge yard...They're still able to maintain it, but they're in their 60s, and don't use the pool...

    2 of the 3 of us kids live in town so they don't need room for us to come stay, and it seems kind of foolish to me to continue paying a mortgage on a house so large when they don't need the room. I'd like to see them buy a couple acres with a single story house and a pond so they can be ready to enjoy retirement when they finally decide to sell their business.

    Sounds very similar to our situation. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths for 2 people. We will only be spending half the year here, the other half in Florida. I hate paying the taxes and heating bill on space we don't use, but the house is out in the country on 4 acres. My wife didn't agree on selling until recently when money started to get tight. With what we have in mind we will not have a mortgage and own two small housed outright.

    The pollen was so bad yesterday when we we driving to the shore we thought there was a forest fire. It was to late in the day for fog and we saw huge clouds of fog in front of us. As we drive through it I noticed no smell and that's when we realized it was all pollen. So glad I don't have allergies.

    Waiting for a tow truck... got 95% of the way home and hit a pothole and the rear strut on my honda broke. Tried to limp it home but the tire rubbed on the spring till it blew.

    Spent the wknd on the beach drinking heavily and now i really want to be at home speeping
