I can't believe how much better the tugboat rides. I was not expecting this big of an improvement in ride quality. I am so glad I picked up these icons.







I love the URD U-spec headers, but the exhaust is LOUD AS SHIT now. It's sounds awesome at lower RPM's, but when I step on it I think half the city can hear it. I currently have an Aeroturbine 2525 installed. I may replace it when I have new 2.5 inch pipe installed.

With my headers? It's loud as shit, partly cause the pipe dumps behind the axle.

 

I got to thinking and looking at the solenoid box. I decided to try and mount it in the bumper, instead of messing with extending the wires and cramming it somewhere in the engine bay. I moved the box forward on the mounts to avoid cutting the bumper support. With the controller plug on the left side of the box, it works perfect to reach through the bumper cutout to access the plug. I am really happy with this setup.

 

Work is finally slowing down a bit. This afternoon's project will be mounting the blue sea fuse block I have had sitting in my closet for a year. I have a mount already fabbed from some scrap aluminum at work.

 

I can't find the damn fuse block mount I made. Decided to mount the LED bar I got from PantherTaco a while back. I tried making some brackets to fit all 5 of my lights inside the hoop, but decided to put on my BAMF light bar from my closet.

I was iffy about the blue coils on the black icons as I was ordering the new springs Monday. I like it!

What's your preload measurements like now with the winch installed?

 

I was as well. I adjusted them again after installing the winch but haven't measured, just from top of tires and hubs to flares to make sure it is level. I'll try to remember to measure this evening.
