I think if it was temporary for sure, he would feel a difference. Whereas if you or I train elsewhere we wouldn't feel the difference.

I typically do not do something like this but I wanted to ask for your guys help and support. On Saturday this weekend our local fitness community lost a great member and friend. He was also our Gym's manager. He was killed when he was completing a Go Ruck Challenge. A complacent driver hit him from behind while he was walking alongside the road. He is a father of 3 (14yo, 3yo, 3mo). The link is to the news story as well as to his fundraiser page. The shirt is anonymous so its just like you're buying a cool shirt however all proceeds go to benefit his family.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Yesterday was my first day back to 100%. I ate a double bacon cheeseburger, a footlong chili dog, fries, chicken tenders, more fries, and a whole bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos. Doing the same damn thing again today, too. I'll never eat rice or apple sauce again. Fuck food poisoning

Hot damn. Pizza and pop tarts added to today's food list. I'm not going back to my IIFYM for a few days lol. Also started that t-booster today. What can I expect from that?

Cool. It's 90 pills and it says to take 2 pills once or twice a day. I'm gonna start out at 2 a day and see what happens. I have a feeling I'm gonna be doing a lot of boner waistband hiding.

I weighed myself for the first time in over a year. 210 on my parents scale. Its probably off but I was 190 when I built the garage gym and quit taking supps. Heading to the gym now so I'll see if I can't find their scale

I am not buying it. While a good diet can IMPROVE many things he is putting way to much importance on it. I still believe most of it is due to a placebo effect. When people eat healthy they want the change and force themselves to see something happen. Which is probably why their depression goes away. Its pretty funny to watch people begin eating healthy. Within a day most are seeing "change". Same thing with supplements. His clients need someone to say "hey, do it this way, it is the right way". That's the only purpose he serves as a trainer.

What people need is a heavy dose of confidence.

Got to agree with Sean on this.

My bodybuilder/elite athlete/trainer wife would be like WTF? One of her degrees is in nutrition and has a lifetime of lifting and eating right to draw upon.

I started following her advice and I have burnt fat, increased muscle and dropped useless weight. I weigh less now and my shirts are tighter from my miniscule (to me) gainz.

What exactly qualifies someone as an elite athlete?
