    Hey all,

How are the tacoma timing chains? The reason why i am asking is because i work for the nissan dealership in greenville, (soon to get out of the crappy hell hole, in exchange for a good paying job in the health field). The pathfinders, xterra and Frontiers all have timing chain issue where they have a whining noise. Its from the tensiers wearing out, very common at 40-60k miles. POS becuase i had to take one apart just to get to the timing chain.... So how are the tacoma timing chains?

On the Tacoma trucks, I never heard of timming chains being an issue.
