Just took my pre-workout for the first time in a week and am about to hit some chest n tris. Haven't worked out in 11 days. Gonna be sore as fuq tomorrow, but am so excited to push some damn weight. This is the longest I've ever gone without lifting in 3-4 years

Well, my workouts are definitely suffering after missing 11 days. Everything was lower than usual on weight and reps. It felt good to get that blood pumping again though! Here's a mid-cut photo. This is after about 2 months of semi-strict cutting. I still enjoy a few beers on the weekends, but that shit's about to stop to speed up progress. Down to 183 from 200 and what I am assuming is around 12ish % bf, down from 14ish

Under formed bewb? Better perform bi-weekly checks on that thing.

Reminds me of how horseback riders will sometimes develop a random bone in their quads :p (probably from compression of cartilage for extended periods of time)

Haha assholes. It's a lipoma: hardened fat cells. Apparently I've got bastard genetics from my dad's side because he's got one or two, too. It's just hardened fat under the skin. I've got 5-6 total around my torso area, but that's the only one that's visible. Hopefully, I'm getting that one on my abs removed this summer. Can't be looking like a fool

Edit: also my chestntris are sore as fuq! Skipping a week may have benefitted me some

Its good to occasionally take about a week off. It allows your body to fully recover. Usually you come back stronger.

I usually take a week off from a body part every 6 weeks, but I've never taken a full 10-11 days off until now and I'm definitely not stronger (probably due to going 6-7 days eating ~800-900 calories and practically no protein), but I am getting sore again, which I love. Can't wait for mutha fuckin leg day!

That's like my Sundays when I prep my lunches for the week. Grilled chicken sammich and sweet potato mash for lunch in the office erryday.
