This weekend. People always park in front of our driveway  and we have a space that people think is a spot and we warn them that they'll get ticketed because the cops are really strict about it and some have ignored us only to come back to one lol

We also set little booby traps with those snap things you get during Fourth of July and watch people jump

Lol. People are stupid. I wish I could go. I'm not allowed to go anywhere out of the house without a medical mask :( Im neutropeanic right now.
That means my white blood cell count is almost 0, I'm at 120, low is 1,000, average is 2,500 to 5,000.
So my moab trip is canceled for me as well.

They sure do have some silly logic. The stuff listed that needs to be done sounds like it could be done in a day vs tearing up and repaving a parking lot. Quick fix for people to stop vandalizing gates? Take a day to fix the trail

    Indeed. I agree.

To put things in perspective and I'm not defending anyone...
The trails are normally closed this time of year anyway.
There have been a few rare instances when they were opened early cause things were dry.

There have also been a few years when the trails remained closed well into June/early July. Green Ridge was closed right up to the last week of August during the 2010 hunting season, I know because I was constantly calling for updates as that is where I hunt.

This year will definitely be another delayed year, this weekend is the normal planned camp-out and trail repair/cleanup for 7-Mile and Kelly Flats. This has been cancelled.

And it's not just those two, White Pine, Johnny Park, Pole Hill, Pierson Park, Old Flowers, Monument Gulch, all closed. The USFS did have helicopter pics of these trails and there were huge landslides that will take some time to clear.

Ok guys I need some beer advice. I'm not a beer drinker but I'm wondering what a good beginner beer is? Any suggestions?

Start off with Wheat beers and see if you like it, then migrate to lagers and red ales, then try the IPA's and hoppy stuff.

Go get some Bluemoon it's a bit fruity (comes with a slice of orange) but I like it. Generally beer on tap from a bar is much better than bottles. Shocktop has a nice raspberry wheat.

Fat tire is also a solid choice for something less fruity.

Sam Adams is a decent lager.

Everyone else that says wheat beer is a girly drink can go jump in a frozen lake. :D :headbang:
