    Obviously; I'd think that is self-evident. Melatonin is hormone found in the human body that aids in sleep. Taking melatonin helps raise depleted melatonin levels to help one sleep. Obviously it shouldn't be something that is taken all the time.

    Haha great examples... landscaping was what made me think that way. I just charged for the whole job so I was in control of my hourly wages. I always figured it up at the end of the day too, best I did was $53 an hour. Not bad for a 15 year old or whatever I was at the time
