Yeah it's headed our way now. Our station 3 is busy it will be hitting station 5 soon.

Yeah foco is in a tornado warning too.

Our crawler doesn't have turn signals so we use hand signals and people keep thinking we're waving at them so they wave back

 

Probably because people haven't not had turn signal indicators since the 40's.

 

My GF just drove through that to get to the airport

 

I luckily just missed that huge cell that went through Denver on teusday. We just rushed home and it started coming down hard with hail so put my truck in the garage and now we're chilling at a covered gas station with the crawler. Everyone is hiding with us haha. Hope the tundra fares ok

 

They just said not to go any where near the airport. Head west!!!

 

Just got off the phone with her. She ended up driving away from what looked like a massive tornado about to form. Hunkered down at the Home Depot by Parker & Chambers.

She just got to the airport now (which has resumed operations).

Apparently the plows are out clearing the roads of several inches of hail.

Personally I've always liked the dark beers. The trick is to NOT have them refrigerated but have them at 45-50F. All the bitterness goes away at that temp range. My favorite beer is the first one I had when I turned the legal age of 18 in Colorado. The name has changed but it's the same recipe, Boulder Brewery's Planet Porter (originally Boulder Porter). $7-8 per 6pk.

The nitro version makes it too fizzy in my opinion. Failing either of those, Santa Fe's State Pen Porter.

if you are looking for a blond beer you should give Dry Dock Apricot blond a try, very light and slightly fruity with apricots. if you want lighter beers go for saisons, blonds, SOME wheats, pilsners, hefeweizens.

if you wanna blow your taste buds away try a sour beer, usually aged upwards of a year or two in oak barrels with certain yeast strains that do wonders for beer some of them are so tart it tastes like your drinking a war head. New Belgiums La Folie being one of my favorites, another one being Bear Republic Tartare

 

Over here at DIA. Half is clear and the other half is dark clouds. But there is quarter sized hail every where.

 

Kind of a page or two kickback, but on the topic of beer, does anybody know of a place in Colorado Springs that sells yeungling, if at all?

 

They don't sell it here. I have my buddy bring me out cases of it every trip he makes back to PA.

what devin said, good luck getting it out here unless you bring it out. they dont distribute past the Mississippi

 

That's what I figured, but doesn't hurt to ask lol. A guy from work brought back a case so it's been on my mind all day

 

Yeah I've got a buddy that can get it here but I don't buy it enough for him to stock it.

Yeah my buddy is driving back to PA about every other month so I've got a good supply if I need it.

 

HOLY FUDGE we are at the Toyota lot and every car and truck is beyond EFFED from the hail damage!
