I know on the 5.9's a leaky intake gasket is pretty common. The motor starts spark knocking and drinking oil like a sailor on shore leave drinks beer.

My less powerful v6 doesn't seem to have that feature

My V8 doesn't have that feature also. Must be one of those high end option packages.

Thanks everyone, it sucks that I'm not really into my birthday this year cuz of what happened but I'm trying to make the best of it, washed and waxed the truck today and also put back the toolbox from my old truck on the new one

Here's a question for anyone into hunting/shooting.

When I moved into my house the previous owner left a hard shell rifle case in the garage, empty of course. It's kinda old looking and a drab green, but is that something that anyone would have interest in, or is it something I should just toss?

Worked 11 hours Monday, 11 hours Tuesday, 11 hours today. Working 11 hours tomorrow, 11 hours Friday.
At least I get my weekends off, though.
