Hmmm wonder what an OME lift would cost

 

You could buy multiple sets of 5100s or 8 pairs of OMEcoils for what you pay for icons. Truth is you'll wreck your truck before swapping your 8th set of coils, kings, icons & fix are a status symbol in Texas lol, plus you'll need a rebuild every 2ish years depending on how you use them.

 

Might use the extra 100 and get a tech deck though.....been wanting one

I have the tech deck and love it. I have my phone and switch panel on it. Soon I'll mount a 7" screen on it as well for trail cams.

 

Was going to mount my GPS and nexus 7

 

I'm just saying if he plans to wheel spend the extra 400 and get a full OME setup. doesnt have to be foxes or icons

 

Plenty of room for that. There are a ton of ram mount solutions as well.

My OME setup seems to be doing just fine on the trails.

 

I'm not going to do any major wheeling but maybe sand and light trails however

no need to spend big money on a lift. 5100s and an AAL will suit you fine. save your money for other stuff.

 

So I don't need aal if I level the truck right?

 

Guess that depends on how much you wish to raise the front.
