Because I went to test drive one, it had 26 miles on it. when I was driving it back stealership, it blew head and threw a rod!! The saleman said guess I lost you business and I smile and a week later I had my taco

 

I needed a crew cab so I looked at both, the back seat in the Nissan sucks! Not nearly as comfortable or as much room as the Taco.

Had a 2006 Frontier & 2004 & now a 2009 Tacoma and all were excellent ... but I like the Taco the best.
(IMO, Frontiers had a stronger tailgate though).
