Looking to buy those wheel and putting 285/70/17 on them

I have a 2.5 in lift already. And planning on installing 1.5 in spacers.

Is there anyone with those wheels? I'm assuming the bolt patern is the safe as fj

 

I haven't seen them around, but yes the bolt pattern on the Tacoma and FJ are the same. With 285's you will have some rubbing issues.

 

I think I like those more than the trail team rims....

As far as trimming, are we talking trimming if you go wheeling or triming just to drive on em?

Just to verify fitment, 6 on 139.7mm (6 on 5.5) is the same as tacoma 6 lug.

 

Has anyone put these on a Tacoma yet? Good to hear the fit is the same

 

I'm hoping they do! Because I'm ordering them tomorrow should be here in a week I hope. Thry are coming from California.

As far as tires... 295 looks good but I don't want to do any major trimming. And if I was sur that the spacer would do the trick. But so far 285 seems to be the safest bet.

 

7" wheel is narrow for a 295 tire. 285's should be fine with minor trimming. Whats the backspacing on these?

 

I believe they are 4.0

I think I'm gonna go with the cooper ATP on 285 with a 1.5 spacer

Should give it a nice stance with those wheels

 

Interesting, I didn't know they were actually selling these already.

They were on one of the FJ SEMA trucks and never had anything released as far as availability to purchase. The are mounted on the new 4Runner Pro in black.

That's a great price for them, and I'm eager to see them on trucks.

 

If they had these in 16's, I would've bought them already. Don't really wana get a new set of tires
