Bends are done and I have my mounting points figured. I just need to come up with some 1 1/2" aluminum pipe or cut up some scrap and make some standoffsudaranar_8ce79488ef8f7da7826b912fbea374809985ec53.jpghu5yve7a_9eeb3cc297cbbd5f3518909c02a2b585c4f968da.jpguju5ejep_10d8ff050874207a74d3704f3a8975a5988b3c9c.jpg

I totally agree with the single day not being worth all the money, but most women have dreamed and planned this day since she was a little girl. My wife as well as some of our friends wish that they just took the money instead and did a small ceremony and reception. I would agree with some used appliance purchases. It isn't gonna save the day but it will help. We have been married 22 years and we still have the used dinning room, a bedroom set and some chests. Oops also some living room tables.

My only advice on the house front is have a safety net when you walk in the door because you will be absolutely blown away how quickly it goes in the first 2-3 months...it's unreal.

<--- Replaced his oil tank which was fine during inspection less than 1 month after signing on the dotted line.

    Thanks!
I hear that. The main heat is oil, but gas is coming to the house from the street. Also has a fire place and a 2 car garage.

X2 on this . Even the little things add up quick. We have been in this house since January and I've spent a boat load of money.
But in the end it's worth it . Wish I bought earlier .

Dave I'd do all the math out and sit your girl down and go through that facts . That's the only way to explain it to her . Good luck bud !

Maybe it's just the angle that the picture's at, but how do you turn the front wheels with that front tire armor bolted in place? It doesn't look like there's room inside it for the front wheels to swivel.
Or is it bolted directly to the hubs and swivels with the tire? Because that doesn't seem like a very solid plan...

It looks like it will turn and articulate with the wheels and suspension. Hard to tell from a pic though.

What happens when you find a rock that's taller than 6 inches and have to roll a wheel onto it?

Psh. Just bring out the REAL trail wagon, haha!

    Edit:
Honestly, though, this is probably the best 'wagon' I'd want to take offroad.

I keep telling myself that. The "new" has worn off and the "what the (insert expletive here) was the previous owner thinking?!" phase.

Most of it is first world problems (stripped plastic gears on my garage door openers, etc) but some of it is downright scary (the way the house has been wired with stupid add-on circuits).

But then I realize I'm no longer paying rent and I don't live in a junk apartment.

I was the first of all my buddies to get married and buy a house and didnt realize that all those issues are common. I thought I fucked up buy-in my house, we didnt have this interweb to hear about everybody else having similar problems. Houses suck but are so worth the time and effort once you make it yours.

Both my garage door openers dont work . Lol I've been meaning to pick acouple up but I alway find things to buy instead of buying new ones. We don't park in the garage anyways . One side is all my tool boxes other is my 4runner on jack stands .

I'll pass on the gun case . I don't see myself getting down that way anytime soon.
I'm sure one of the other guys could use it .
    Thanks anyways .

I like it... Except for the weird bodywork and armor bullshit. I like the SAS and what not but whoever designed that needs to be shot unless they give us an explanation for that horrible photoshop like right meow

It looks like my Willy's wagon :( I miss that so much
