I think he is secretly a "master engineer" for Toyota

Could anyone with a 2nd gen double cab with lt (preferably with solo) do me a favor? I need to know what the measurement from the bottom of the frame to the ground is at the b pillar. Trying to get a ruff idea of the average ride height. Oh on 35s too.

That is so subjective. It depends in the model of LT, the preload, the spring rates, the overall weight of truck (cage or other fab work) and personal preference on height.

What are you trying to accomplish?

do you guys think 6 ply limit straps are ok for rear 4 link? Or should I go with double 6 ply limit straps on each side? I got a pair of trail gear 6 ply limit straps

Nope that's all you need! My truck is linked with a very heavy fabbed 9" and 37"s. My 3 ply have been on the truck for 3 years. I have those same 6 ply waiting to get installed.

mount them as in line as possible. it will apply even pressure along the tab, slowing the wear down on them. those will last you a looong time. truck is looking good !

Make sure to use bungee cords to keep them from getting caught up on anything

Build thread in sig... 4-link long travel
similar to the way the FJs and 4Runners do. uses a panhard instead of triangulated upper links.

It's got the giant motorsports DD link kit. It uses airshocks and a panhard bar instead of upper links.

Oh yeah. I forgot about that kit. Weren't you thinking of replacing it? Or modding it?
