    Also, I fell asleep against a wall the other night and was in the "slouched in a chair" position for 8 hours.....my upper back hurts like a mother. Every time I move my head I feel it all the way down my traps/mid back.

    I told my gf I will name summer "summer 6's" in order to make my abs not so pregnant looking.....awesome start :( :rolleyes:

    But I did learn one thing from my new handy dandy bike computer......at a leisurely pace...I can burn 800+ calories/hour on my bike. Ready, set, turnt up :D

    I am 210 now. If I did cardio and dropped 10 I would be pretty damn shredded. I really need to build my chest back up.
