PS4 / Xbox One... Reviews in Progress

I have my ship fully upgraded and still have a couple of legendary ships I have not been able to beat. Those are some hairy battles. Harder on the PS4 than on the PS3 -- the PS4 added smoke effects from the cannons, which blocks your view at times. I loved that game, but I finished it a while back.

 

I bought a ps4 at launch... Traded for an Xbox one when titanfall came out, now looking to trade back...

Wish titanfall lived up to its hype, but like everyone mentioned beforehand it got boring very quickly...

Looking forward to getting my ps4 back!

 

Yeah I have it for the one but I don't have any experience with the multiplayer portion yet. I did just beat the story mode like an hour ago. What's your hammer tag?

 

I agree titanfall was a disappointment. I still play it but only for 30 mins at a time then I've had enough. It's better than COD which I fucked up and bought as a digital download. I'm stuck with that shit.

 

Yeah I tried to take on one of those legendary ships and it was tough. I got my rear end handed to me. I have my ship almost maxed out. I don't have all the plans yet to make the final upgrades.

 

Damn... you guys got me wanting to try our AC. But with Watch Dogs coming out I'm afraid it will just collect dust.

 

I'm glad I finished the story mode before watch dogs came out. But there are still a lot of things I want to complete. I would like to get the achievements to 100%. So after the newness of watch dogs wears off I will get back into it.

 

Yeah... You guys got me interested in it so I'll probably do the same. I think Watch Dogs is going to be a good game but I'm holding my expectations low just in case. Don't want another Titanfall disappointment. Problem is Destiny beta starts in July but I don't know how long the beta lasts. Probably a few weeks if Halo's betas were any indication.

 

I can't believe that watch dogs will be a flop. I think it will be on point with the gta series for the open world aspects and I think I saw some parcore style run in some of the previews I saw so it should be a pretty cool game. I hate the fact that wishing for the game to be released means I'm wishing my 3 day weekend away.

 

Oh gawd... You poor thing! I had ghosts for like 3 days then traded that shit in... I was highly dissapointed! Sucks because I'm such a COD fan... How do you feel about the fact that they're only producing one every 3 years going forward?

 

Yeah me either. I think it's going to be great. I just don't want to be disappointed. I'm lucky because I've got to work at the station on Monday so I'll be off on Tues, Wed, so I'll have 2 free days to play.

I'll never make that mistake again. Honestly I think COD has pretty much run its course. Titanfall is the successor to COD but as we know it's not that much better.

 

Ya, I guess I just need to take a break from first person shooters to start enjoying them again. That's why I want a ps4 back... I want to play some sports games (MLB the show) and RPG's (Watchdogs)...

Oh well. I'm sure I'll be able to find a trade on CL pretty soon...

Yeah it looks like the new one is taking a few cues from Titanfall. It's going to have to be amazing for me to buy it.
