What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

My sbc oil pan (1pc) and valve.covers were blue rubber? Idk

 

They make have went to blue and some of the black rubber inventory is still around but I'm really not sure.

 

Felpro exhaust gaskets are green.

How will it work? I did that method with my 5100's and I don't see how it would work with adjustable CO's

Relentless GB DIY kit came last week, tacked it together yesterday and then moved on to wiring up my relay/fuse board that I've been putting off until I had somewhere to hang my lights. The mounting holes on the lower light are slightly off-center, which must change, and the pods aren't aimed yet. But the two 10" bars are wired with each other, so much light.


Relay panel installed. I'll rework my wiring organization into the cab when I add more lights and when I get new Carling switches that I can wire up to the dash circuit. I also plan on having the forward-facing lights have a master shutoff by tapping a signal wire into the high beam signal, and have that control a relay that independently powers the switches for the front lights.

Im amazed on how much work we got done on our mod day 25+trucks came to help and to have work done. One of the local gus brought their sprjng compressor from work

What's the easiest way to replace coilover springs ?! Shitty auto parts store ones sucked on bilsteins so don't even want to try them on my fabtechs

Why the hell would he want to do that? Sounds like extra work to me.

 

You could use metal strapping instead of zip ties, just wrap it around and but a bolt through it.
