    Eggbert, I replaced the large wheel caps covering the centers and had my buddy fab these wheels hubs for me. I hate the large plastic covers!

    Rick, how do the 18's do off-road? You aren't bothered by the smaller sidewall? Seems like rocks would hit your rims.

    Honestly, I've had no issue's Off-Road (Rocks or Mud so far). I aired them down to around 20psi and they performed flawlessly. Since I use the truck as my daily driver (90%) road, I went with the 18's for the look. I haven't had any issues as well with rocks hitting the wheel sides, but then again...I haven't gotten crazy off-road. Just normal stuff that most people do. Since I don't have under body protection yet or sliders, I haven't pushed the limit. I'm in the process now of working on doing just that though. Starting with the All-Pro Apex bumper and working the rest of the way back. Obviously...money is the root of the solution...lmao!

    That's pretty much my life too. This thing is my daily driver and needs to run on Monday morning. I do like the looks of the 18's. They probably handle a tick better too.

    As far as handling they're fine. I drove my buddys Taco and he has 16"x8" Konig Countersteer's. His ride is way more nimble as his wheels are waaaay lighter than mine. But really...it's all about personal preference right?:D

    I like the concept, but I'm not sure you get enough bang for the buck for the cost really. It looks badass once it's installed though, but my gas mileage sucks as it is...lol The minimal amount of horsepower you get doesn't outweigh the cost of gas IMO..:D But hey! If you got money to burn and an unlimited budget..."Go for it"!

    But you're in Hawaii, right? Gasoline probably is insane cost wise. You guys have one Tesoro refinery I think. Sooo, I'm in TX and I've spent my entire working life in the oil & gas industry. I don't even know what my gas mileage is. I just fill up about every 300 miles.

    Yes...Gas prices suck big time here! 4.39 for reg/4.59 Prem I'm lucky as I'm a retired Marine, so I can use the military bases whereas gas is still high, but better priced. 4.09 reg
