everyone wants a piece of the action...
the only one that pisses me off is the b p bastard that reverse engineered my shit and is hocking copycat grills.
I'd do bad things if I met him in person.

I see it like this - as long as they are selling a quality piece at a good price and don't screw any members over it's fine.

    OH! Forgot too add this.
We were supposed to go with the young guys BIL last night, but he decided not to go because he had a mild case of diarrhea.
This morning he got a Pic. sent to him, with an added note of: true walleye fisherman don't let a little problem like that stop them. They would take a box of Imodium with them, and wear an adult diaper!
Can't wait to hear his reply!!!

:pccoffee::yawn: Morning all...got back Saturday night and spent all day yesterday doing laundry and napping(damn jet lag) and here it is4:56am and wide awake. Had a good trip even though the weather at most times was rainy and cold. Lots of walking and steps. I am catching up on things on TW...It's a real shame the youngun's are causing such a stir...reminds me of what my B-I-L told me many years ago.."I thought Dad was a pretty dumb man until I turned 25 and realized how damn smart he got overnight"...If they know it all, we are in deep shit:eek:...Hope jersey has a change of heart and comes back:D.
On a Memorial Day note, I SALUTE ALL OUR VETERANS, AND ACTIVE SERVICE PERSONEL AND PRAY FOR ALL THOSE THAT HAVE PRECEDED US IN PASSING.

Came across this article this morning and thought It would be nice to post.

Hey Rob, I heard about the big fire in Alaska...hope it is far from you and won't affect you. You and the family be safe.
Glad to be home and back in the States. Did 5 countries in 3 weeks:eek: and even though I enjoyed it, it was a bit much. Krakow, Prague, Budapest, Vienna and Dubrovnik...Liked Prague the best. Food was good but beer was better:D. Here are a few pictures from each city. First is Vienna,Prague, Budapest, Krakow(Auschwitz), and Dubrovnik.

 Morning Ken and welcome back. Glad you enjoyed your trip. Europe always feels a little bit over-whelming; so much to see that it seems one always pushes to "see it all", which is literally impossible. Gives one a good excuse to go back and see some more.;)

The big fire is south of us and not directly threatening us, but we have a visible smokey haze hanging on the mountains around the valley, sometimes the mountains are barely visible it gets so thick. Kenai Peninsula is where we go to launch the zodiac from Deep Creek to catch Halibut in Cook Inlet. Deep Creek is in the general area where the fire started. Latest story I find says it's grown to 140,000 acres and they've begun evacuating about 1,300 people from their homes, mostly 2nd (weekend) homes and retirees. :( That's the first I've read of evacuations on that scale, that's not good. Still only about 20% contained. IMO without Mother Nature's help in the form of some heavy steady few days of rain, this thing will burn all Summer. :notsure:

Nice pics BTW, thanks for sharing those.

Happy Memorial Day to all. I'll add my SALUTE to all Service Members and Veterans, past, present, and future. :oldglory:

Morning Rob, hope and pray for rain. It's been a bad year for weather, and fires around the country. Hope everyone up there gets evacuated safely.
Europe has history that goes back much further then here at home, and it is very enjoyable seeing it and hearing about how life was back then. Dubrovnik is still rebuilding after the Serb bombings in the nineties, but it is still a pretty and old city. When the Deb and I can't travel abroad anymore, we'll go back to doing the States. :D

    Good morning Rob and Ken.

Looks like you had a great trip Ken. THX for sharing the pics.

I too am hoping the thread members that chose to leave come back. We lost two great guys when they left. Some times it is really hard to bite your tongue when other members say and due derpy things. I have only been agitated once on this site which is good considering my beliefs. For the most part I hold off responding to the stupidity of others.

Anyway another day of sanding the porch at church for me but first I need to load a truck load of soil to fill in some ruts around the rectory. I have the free time and the wife and son are studying today.

I am waiting on a fire ring to be delivered so I can finish a fire pit in the back yard.

    Good Morning Tom.

I try to follow suit and not fight derp; you can't fix stupid. The ones I sense really hit my buttons I add to my ignore list. Most that I put on ignore end up banned or just disappear.

That sanding is hard and messy work. At least we know it'll be fixed right this time. ;)

    Have a great day! :)

Yup Rob. I hate it when members ridicule any aspect of Alzheimer's, children with disabilities or the parents that care and love these children, active or former military and the people in law enforcement or other public safety jobs. There are probably other things but these just get me going.

    Morning R, K, and T.
Had a nice night with family. Had smoked ribs and chicken.
    Yard work today.
    Welcome back Ken.
Poss of T/storms today. Chance of hail too.
I'm doing a trailer intervention. I don't want to insult my new JD with a Craftsman trailer so some rattle cans of paint and a couple of cans of undercoating might allow me to sneak up on the JD and hook it up.. Lol
Enjoy your days as well as poss.
