    A couple high schoolers bucked up on me today. I was doing tricep push downs on the cables. I generally do a light weight with the rope attachment. They came over and started doing them on the other half of the machine but they made sure to always do more weight.

    Made me chuckle.

    Anyone have a workout plan they dont mind sharing?
    I havent worked out in years... and trying to get back at it.
    However i dont really know what execrise i am suppose to be doing daily.

    I had some kids do that to me on bench once. I had a bunch of 10 lb weights on each side and we were doing drop sets to failure. Well, when we got done, they went and loaded 185 on there and the kid looked like is eye balls were gonna pop out of his head when he did it. What pissed me off was when he got up and just stared at us like he had just benched 405 or something, so I went over there and rep'd it about 7-8 times and just walked off. Fucking high schoolers and their raging hormones lol

    Try having a peak at this. Pictures and videos of everything when you click on the day, along with some good advice. Once you get to know your body better you can alter your workouts accordingly, but this is a nice stepping stone in the meantime.

    Do i start off with the lightest toheaviest? Or heaviest to lightest lol?
    Also do i take a mintue or 2 after each rep?

    Light to heavy and sometimes I rest for 2 other things I rest for 3-4 and if someone else is waiting I let them hop in.

    Just do what your body tells you to do till you get the hang of it.
