    I drove over to Provo to see Low Range tomorrow. There was Utah State Patrol turning around at the state border as I went through. He pulled out right behind me as I crossed into UT. So I was watching for the lights. He came up close I suppose to get my plate and then backed off for a bit. Followed me for about 10 miles and then pulled into a rest stop and turned around. WHEW!!
