The thing I quoted... I was trying to figure out how to get out of a parking ticket I got and ran across that. It seems dumb but I wouldn't be surprised with how stupidly everything is run if that actually worked

That came off wrong. I do have a legitimate case for contesting it (not trying to weasel out of it that way). I just ran across that and thought "that's so crazy it just might work"

You see, your honor, I put money in a meter. I parked there. I ate lunch. I came back. I had a ticket saying expired meter. There was still time left.

Sorry to hear that. I've had a few of those myself. Here's hoping something better comes your way.

    That sucks, sorry.

Got 2 finals today,I got my english papers under control but one of my classmates doesn't, apparently she spent the weekend watching netflix and when people would ask her if she needed to be working on the paper she would say "Nope, it'll be easy to do".
She's running around like a chicken with her head cut off working on the first of two assignments due today, and she only has ~3 hours to finish everything.

 Fortunately, my finals were over a few weeks ago, but my summer semester starts next week. I'm pretty good about getting stuff done ahead of time, in order to avoid running around like a crackhead

Awesome, I'm not taking summer classes or fall classes this year (thankfully), my last final is on friday, my classmates last final is on monday.

I try to also, but sometimes I can't or don't feel like doing everything on the weekends.
