    The better coast
And getting more fit takes time. We live in a fast pace, "instant rewards", world. Don't get discouraged if youre only seeing marginal results or see no changes after a few months.

Probably 4 years ago, is when i first started working out. I kept up with everything for a year, but after graduating from High School, and being with a girl whom i thought one day was going to be my wife. I just got lazy and comfortable, and gained weight ever since.

Now that i am alone and single again, i figure i need to get in shape and do something about this. So hopefully i wont give up again.

You're fucking 17, just go to the gym and lift weights and eat bro. Your test and energy levels are through the roof.

You're the same age as the guys that these guys have been talking smack about. You don't need anything at your age dude.

For the money, there is better stuff out there. I got decent energy for about 20 mins before I crashed on it. Didn't think much of any of the other ingredients it had.

I was wondering what cause that..
Where it stands with other preworkouts, like C4 and such
The only thing I hate more than those cocky, show offs, is being one. I like to think I'm pretty levelheaded, especially compared to some of the people that you guys are talking about. I might be a dick on here, but who isn't? I don't think I've really gotten that raging hormone flood that most teen guy get.

C4 sucks. I hadn't taken a pre-workout for a year and went out and got C4 because it was rated bb.com's #1 pre-workout for 2013 and it didn't do shit for me. Assault worked, but I dread taking it again b/c of the beta alinine itches.

    I started pre's when I was 17 :anonymous:

it's alright. I like it better than most of the others out on the market. Feels like the original jack3d with those tingles...but without the meth

    Meth:confused:

The itches only last like 10 minutes for me, and then they're gone. My friend swore by C4 and said assault didn't do much for him except for the caffeine buzz.

    1,3-dimethyamylamine (DMAA).

Very powerful stimulant, chemically related to amphetamines such as meth.

I agree with the C4 part, but for an industry that isn't regulated by the FDA I'm always sure to research what supps I'm taking. I just don't trust these supp companies :spy:
