    Must be nice!!! 4WD weight really changes the numbers!

    At the 3/4 line I have traveled only 75-80 miles, if I am lucky.
    The 3/4 line is 5 gallons down from full, by the way. So 15 mpg = 75 miles and 16 mpg = 80 miles. When the gas gauge is right over the 1/2 tank line, you have only used 9 gallons (not 10.5, a true half tank). The needle is over the E line when you have used 18 gallons of the 21 in the tank.

    What is sweet is having Pemex (Mexican) gas in the tank, and I can get 90 miles at the 3/4 line (18 mpg)! Damn Ethanol in California gas!!

    Anyone got a dremel I can borrow for tomorrow? Planning on putting a Kenwood 281 next to the shifter and I can find everything but my actual dremel. Or any other ideas of how to cut out that area
