    Morning All:wave:...
I see your guys won and going onto game 6...Good luck B:thumbsup:

A real bad "work for peanuts and not give a S#%t" butcher hired by the builder. All about money.

Hi Lisa, the building is 12 years old and the "builder was notified about problems with leaks after it 2 1/2 years old. The people in our community had no building or contracting experience so when the builder said "It's fixed and won't leak" they signed off on it releasing the builder and contractor from any future actions:mad:... Then to make matters worse, one of the guy's that was involved with the first fiasco (he was president of the board for the association) hired a company to come in and spray the stucco with a sealer that "would take care of the water issue". Yeah right.
Now it's done right and at a greater cost but no leaks with all the rain we've had. Sorry to be sop long winded but that's the poop on it.:D

    Good mornin' again Ken.

Very sad that it seems to be becoming the norm versus the exception. :(

Greed will always bite you in the @ss. Why is that so hard for folks to understand?

Hey Rob, no more honor or pride in the work place anymore (not in all cases) but that seems to be the norm. Give me the money!!! Thats what it's allabout.

that doesn't seem right. I guess if you can't take any legal action against the contractor you can always make sure that everyone you know knows what shitty work he does so no one else ends up in the same situation

so true. everyone just wants to make a buck and they dont care about the quality of the work. if anything good came out of the housing crash it was that all of the shady half assed wannabe contractors went out of business. of course we're seeing them show back up again now that the industry is picking up.
