Guess no more overtime for me. HR screwed up my paperwork a year and a half ago and put me as salaried non-exempt. Apparently I was suppose to be salaried exempt. Luckily I don't have to pay all that overtime pay back, but from now on no more overtime pay.

Im good. And yes you work the exact amount they pay you for no more. My work im salary and get paid for 45 hours. They told me I get paid for my lunches. So I dont clock in or out for thrm. I work exactly 45 hours each week now they are coming to me saying im only working 42.5 hours because my lunches are takin out of my time. So I have to log 47.5 hours minimum each week. Bullshit

 

My friends dogs had puppies this morning. Here is one of the Chihuahuas.

Edit: Also all puppies are will be up for adoption if anyone wants one. I get first pick so if you are interested hit me up and we can arrange to meet them.

 

With the work I do, I have had to stay late to finish stuff. I figured that's why they put me as non-exempt. Apparently in February they changed my status, but HR never told me or my boss. I have a project that I have that needs to be done on a Saturday so I can keep up with my daily tasks. Guess that's not going to happen. I am going to make less this year than I did last year because of no overtime and that's even with my raise I got at the beginning of the year. We shall see how long this lasts before they put me back on non-exempt status again because work isn't being finished in a timely manner.

 

I hope said friend will now be spaying Momma (as Chihuahuas are the second most euthanized breed due to overpopulation in the state of Arizona) and making sure the puppies are also altered when they are old enough to prevent this from happening again.

On that note, pass along my info and I can set them up with super discounted (or maybe even free) spays/neuters.

 

Took a claim on a tacoma that got stolen from the neighborhood right next to mine can you say I'm nervous now
