    Are those 35's?

If so.......crank it hard left or right to full lock and drive up on a curb...get ready for the awesome sound of grindage.

YES. ^^This^^ Full lock and drive over something big. Bang..bang...bang! My Grapplers make a hell of a noise when they hit the fender flares.

SS lines helped braking more than I thought. You'll def feel the difference.

Yeah they are. Not sure I want to try that, so I'll just take your word for it. :D

Haven't figured out the spare or jack situation yet. More than likely I'll get a matching spare and a bed mount once I pay all this shit off. LOL!

I'll probably also get a hi lift, but I thought you weren't really supposed to use those like you would a traditional jack, no?

Good to know. I'll probably try to avoid that then. LOL!

Unless you want to carry a floor jack with you then sliders and a hi lift are a solution and not expensive. I spent the $ on a matching spare as well but it spends all of its time mounted in my bed along with the hi lift. I'm really surprised I haven't popped a tire yet but I'm glad I have it.

YOU NEED TO TRY IT. Serious!

If not then you will do some nasty damage if you are going over something and turning. On a downgrade out of my parking lot at work - when going down it and turning out to the street my tires use to hit and grind the shit underneath. Tore a piece of plastic out of there. If I would of went quicker hard telling what it would of torn up.

You can always just wait until you loose a fender flare to see if there are rubs but I would just say that these guys with 35s are right. Its better to test under a controlled environment now for sure.
Personally I like fender flares removed :D

I don't want my tires to stick out this much. Can I go without spacers or smaller than 1" spacers?

Anyone ever get an alignment done at Sears?

The shop I had install the lift has a deal with them to get my post-lift alignment done for $50, which seems decent unless their work sucks.

The place in town I'd usually take it to is $89, but I know they know their shit when it comes to lifted trucks.

Yup, folks in Hawaii loves them some lifted Tacos!

What side of the island you staying on? Do yourself a favor and do the manta ray snorkel at night over by the airport. Most incredible experience of my life, and I've done TONS of snorkeling/diving over the years. :D

Oh, and the pizza at Kona Brewing is some of the best I've ever had. ;)

My wife and I LOVE the Big Island. Can't wait to go back there in September.

I'm staying in Holuloa with my best friend. We are up above the clouds most days and it rains up here a lot. The good news is that I've got a Tacoma to drive around most days. I had the pizza and a shit ton of beer from Kona Brewing last night and took home a couple of growlers. Needless to say, I was wrecked off of 6 pints of their porter. We just discussed that dive 30 min ago and maybe I should do that. I'm out here on a whim, I literally bought my ticket Friday and left Saturday.
