What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Just under $1,300 installed.

 

One pulley at a time, just 2 corners lift the whole tent, then secured all four, it took me a couple passes around to get it up to the ceiling...

I'm sure it could be slicker, but it does the job for now

 

What rims do you have on yoir taco? They look amazing.

 

Looks great. What size are they? Levelling kit?

ended up buying a full size spare. and also ordered an N-Fab tire carrier.. i fabbed up a mount so i can lock the tire down with a lugnut and get rid of the ratchet strap

 

Let the mods begin. Looks good Pam. Did you get the harness to hookup your rearview cam to the stereo display?

 

Well, it's not mine and it wasn't today but, I found this nice 5-lug access cab tucked away in a back alley suburb of Seoul this past weekend! Taco's do exist in Korea! Yay!

 

Emptied the oil catch can for 1st time, about 1 to 1&1/4 ounce. Approx. 1800 miles since installed.

I installed the rear shocks and the Icon 3-leaf AAL. The Icon AAL does overlaps the rear factory spring pack clamp and this clamp has to be removed. I cut the driver side clamp off after I had the U-bolts off, which was hard to do. I cut the passenger side clamp off before I removed the U-bolts. This was much easier because the spring was still held solid by the U-bolts. But it was still hard.

Here is what it looked like after the shock and U-bolts were removed. I used wood clamps to hold the leafs together.
