When was the popping noise more apparent?

Just today I started hearing a popping/ click noise comming from somewhere on the front driver side wheel/ suspension area. I first heard it today when I was pulling out of a parking spot, then when I pulled forward and made a right turn I heard 2 or 3 popping sounds. Then I heard it again when I had to make another right turn. After driving around more I started to hear it when going over big bumps and some left turns, but still pops on every right turn.

The LBJ is an aftermarket MOOG that I put on about 6 months ago.

Can wheel bearings make a popping sound? I'm positive my driver side wheel bearings are also going bad.

Looks sooo much better. when I was in high school I was going to do a 3 inch body lift and a 3inch spacer lift with 35's, I am glad I didn't have the money to.

Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
    Got an odd one...

Sometimes when driving straight or turning to the right while hitting bumps, get a knocking noise coming from the driver side rear. It sounds like its coming from underneath and between the driver seat and rear tire.

I've checked everything and nothing is loose. The driver side leafs are sagging slightly more that the passenger side (the passenger side is flat and the driver side has a slight negative arch). Also, the driver side overload leaf is turned in slightly so that its not parallel to the main leafs.

I've checked the shocks and they are not leaking and dampen the bounce when I jump on the rear bumper. My sliders are not touching the pinch welds and the body mounts look good so I don't think the cab is rolling enough to make contact with them.

I've also checked the fuel tank mounts and transmission mounts and they are good. I even checked the slip yoke on the driveshaft and its not binding.

On the straight-aways and under power when hitting bumps, it does feel like I'm getting wheel hop on the driver side but that would not explain the knocking noise I'm getting when cornering to the right.

This does not happen when I turn to the left so it only occurs when the weight is loaded to the driver side.

Could be something as simple as loose stuff in the interior storage bins, like the jack, or tools

Got one from a 1993 Suburban. The cord extends about 15'.
Not in perfect condition, the plastic bulb cover was missing, I will deal with that eventually.

I plan to build a plate bumper. Here's the mock-up.

the only thing I don't like is how far it sticks out compared to other manufacturers. I have 6 3/4" from the vertical radiator support to the front plate, which, if I understand it correctly, is what I need to clear a 8000# winch. Can anyone confirm that for me?

I just don't think 35's would be good for me with my 2.7, when I was younger I wanted the tallest truck with the biggest tires I could fit. I have different plans now, ether a nice mid travel setup with 33's or a sas. I would have to get a second truck for my dd if I do a solid axle, I've thought for hours on it.

95-97 Tacoma front ends naturally stick out farther past the grilles. Any bumper you would buy for a 95-04 Tacoma will do that.

Yeah man the 95-97s are really shallow. Put some lights on the front and some hoops! Otherwise looks good!

Ha. It's hardboard from Lowes. 3/16. Makes a very accurate mock-up.

Tumor is TCAI. And yeah still have the rest of the mounts and lower section to mock up. Just didn't want to put too much together if there was a way to slide it back some.
