It doesn't shake that much when the mount is tightened. Mine is a little loose right now because I haven't taken the time to re-tighten it. The rod that the iPad mount is on is made of aluminum so you can bend it to wherever you want it. I haven't had anyone in my car say it crowds them, but every once in a while someone will say its annoying because the will hit their hand on it or something. The nice part is, you can remove it very easily if that were a concern.

Here are some photos of where I mounted it and how it looks:

Yes, I ran the Spidertrax 1.25" spacer. I still had to do some trimming of the plastic even after the wheel spacers.

looks good! Are you happy with the powdercoating on the rims? I want to black my rims but I havent decided on the method yet.. I hate all the chrome on my silver truck.. Only thing left chrome is my back bumper and rims. Also I am curios on your head light mod, can you tell me more about that please? thanks.. btw, I plan on fishing the carolina clash at murray this fall so Im sure ill see you there

I am very happy with the powder coat on my rims. They have been powder coated for about 3.5 years now and they still look good. As for the headlights, I retro fitted to projector headlights from TheRetorFitSource and just painted all the chrome inside the light house matte black. If you ever want to see the headlights or anything on the truck in person, just come by Southeast Overland in Seneca. I'm here at work when I'm not in class at Clemson.

Like your truck....quick question about your lighting. How does the light output of the 4 IPF 868s compare to the output from the single 20" LED bar? I'm on the fence about roof lighting (LED vs standard halogen) and figured you'd have an opinion since you have both.

Personally I prefer the LED bar because it is a pure white color and it also light up everything. The IPFs are spot so they just have a cylindrical beam if that makes sense. There are some areas that the IPFs don't light up, while the Rigid bar lights up everything. I will eventually replace the IPFs with an 50" LED bar.

Sounds like a plan. We kind of just did it spur of the moment since it's only an hour and a half from here.

Thanks man, it was a pain in the butt because I didn't seal it up completely the first time.

I am happy with it now that I fixed it!
