    Oh I see, I thought yall were taking the turnpike and getting off at sr50 but after looking at a map - it makes more sense to take the turnpike all the way like you said.;)

    where exactly are you getting on the turnpike? i have a feeling it would be best for us to meet you before you get on the tpike

    depending where gearhead gets on i feel like it would be best to meet him before he gets on the highway.

    It's a little soon to tell since it could change a thousand times before the 7th, but this trip could get rained out. :( They are calling for 90% chance of sever thunderstorms that day.

    Regardless, it should be pretty dang wet out there if it does half of what they are calling for.

    Rain maybe, but tropical storm type rain like they are calling for that leaves you stuck in the truck the whole time because the instant you step out you're soaked to the bone...that probably won't be that much fun. And lightening in the middle of a pine forest? I'll pass on that, thanks. ;)

    Still, in 10 days, the forecast could look radically different so we'll have to hope for the best and see once it gets closer.

    Well, hopefully it'll be clear on the 7th and we'll be good to go. The rain leading up to the trip will at least keep the dust down. When we went last October, it was brutal. Could barely see the truck in front of you, but in January it was a lot better thanks to all the rain the week before.

    Ive never looked into twin cases and how it all works. So im gonna have a learning curve. But it should all be self explanatory once I drive it once. First on the list of stuff is gonna be to beat out the big dent on the drivers side xcab and the wire wheel the little bit of rust and then rattle can it
