Okay fellas, listen up! In January 2013, bill HB 584 was introduced by representatives Oshiro, Say, Tsuji, and Kawakami that repeals the requirement for special inspection and certification of reconstructed vehicles prior to operation upon a public highway, but by year end, it was deferred to this years legislative meeting....I strongly urge everyone and everyone you know to email these representatives and tell them how much you love this hobby and how much you appreciate that they introduced this new law.....imagine the endless possibilities and jobs this will bring if they pass this law? Be their friends, and let them know that we are the good guys, and we aren't here to cause trouble!
