    Anyone know what the proper procedure is to fill up a SAW bypass? I know Kings you set the piston all the way down in the resi, but I've heard SAW are different?

    They recommend about 2/3rds down(towards the hose end) but you can do it the same as kings, it doesn't matter what brand they are

    Unless its a perfect seal they will do more damage than good. If any sand gets in there it will just keep grinding away at the bearing because it has no where to go. Without them the sand will most likely blow off. Same concept as to why boots over your shock shafts are not the greatest idea either.
