    Use two hands when zipping up the cover - one to pull the zipper and the other to tuck the fabric up so it doesn't get caught in the zipper. Also, rub dial soap on the zipper once in a while to lubricate it.

    For the floor, I used some 1/2" foam flooring tiles (like these), cut to fit and carpet taped down. I still get a bit of condensation on cold nights, but more importantly, they are great insulation and a nice bit of padding, too.

    Those are the bars from CVT but I wanted more height so I made taller and wider brackets and new bolts. They are much more secure on the rails...

    It did land last week. It has to go through customs. Plus there was a holiday weekend so that also set us back. The tents are being delivered and more will be going out.
    I am sorry for any late reply as I am behind on all calls, emails and forums. I was at expo, gone moab and then picking up trailers and broke down in Nevada for a few days. Back on the road working my way home so I can get a container unloaded and head back to Moab after I get deliveries out.
    Thank you everyone as I know it is hard to be patient especially when the guy you bought from is not keeping up on communicating.
