Went to Dana's house cupo hours ago and his truck is looking sick. Bhlm, black Amazon tails and his black powder coated bamf sliders.

saw this bad boy cruisin around while I was waiting on the tow truck.

 

im glad to say. i finally got my bilsteins in and set at 1.75" loving the ride. just a tad shorter in the back now. loving the look. but planning on putting coils later

 

Welcome.. If @1.75 in front and a tad shorter in back, sounds like your stock leafs are already shot.. usually 1.75 is a leveling height... you have a camper on the bed?? Not sure if you are talkibg about coils in the front or rear, but if front coils, you would drop your 5100s back to 0, and if you are looking to add to the rear, you have options or AAL or new leaf packs..

Weird. It was a lifted prerunner with BFDs too. He did have some colored lug nuts tho. I think they were blue.

saw a big ass lifted chevy running 4 rear shocks, and with two of them mounted on top of the center of the leafs

...people do weird things

 

My truck has 22,000 miles on it. Well the front and back is almost the same, just like about .50" off. I like to haul my dirtbikes up kahuku or even use my trailer. So idk if thats a factor. Btw i have 4 leafs

i haven't run a compressed test yet, but this pic is full weight off. my extended brake lines, shocks, and rear diff breather are barely long enough

I will need to adjust me exhaust though...

 

tie a string to the front spring hanger, center of the leaf eye, and run it along the length of the main leaf up to the center of the rear spring eye

then pull the string taught and measure to see if your shackle is long enough to take the entire of the leaf pack's travel

my expos are rated at 11" of flex and my shackles are a tad too short to get it all

but my shocks are in stock mounts, the shackles I have bring the ass up too far, and im a lazy motherfucker

 

stealth fix THINGS ARE SO MUCH SIMPLER WITH SHACKLES THE RIGHT WAY!!

 

You think those are weird? Try checking out the buggy rear leaf setup. They mount the regular leaf's shackle to another leaf that's above it and attached to the frame.

Instead of an add a leaf, he just added a coil.
