    Hey fellas, How often are Tire rotations and which way do i rotate them?
    Only 6k miles on the current tires.

    I do mine every 3-5k and doesn't matter just pick one way and stick with it.

    The owner's manual says just to put the backs on the front and fronts on the back every 5k, do not swap from driver to passenger though. It's just what I read in the manual anyway.

    Just counter clock wise? You are supposed to put the back on the front and front on the back, sometimes depending on the tire you cross the fronts but like Jon said some tires are directional.

    If non directional I don't see why counter clockwise wouldn't work it pretty much goes to every position eventually. Directional understand

    You will have uneven wear on the front right and front left tires, not good for 4wd vehicles.
