At that point why don't you just go full OME?

 

This is what I would recommend. If your leafs are shot putting on an add a leaf isn't going to do much good. Everything else is new, might as well get all new.

 

I don't think that there is anything wrong with my leafs, so the add a leaf should be ok. There really hasn't been much in the bed of the truck at all besides a cap that I took off.

 

Yeah youll be good. Might want to look into an extended rear brake line if you plan on flexing it out and get a BPV bracket from BAMF. Its needed to maintain proper braking in the rear once you lift it.

 

Do I need that even if I wont be flexing or anything like that? Just some mudding and playing in the mountain snow.

The extended brake line, you could get away with not doing it being that youre going aal. I did a new 3"lwaf pack and I flex my truck out so I had to do it. And the BPV bracket should be done for normal street driving. Look up what it it does on these trucks and youll understand

Use plenty of anti sieze shit when re assembling, not uncommon to have to cut out the cam adjusters because they're frozen in place & it is a first class motherfucker too...

You can email them with any part you want and they can get it for you even if its not on there website. Great customer service and best prices around.

 

I've been looking into replacing the LCA bushings. I've read a torch goes a long ways. Silas did his and I figured I'd ping him when the time came.

 

PM member Speedfreak, I'm pretty sure he replaced a local members LCA bushings.

 

Def. a good move getting with jason he's probably forgotten more than most will ever know...

 

Got my rear axle all buttoned up with new gears in it.

front is gonna be done tomorrow..should be driving it by Tuesday
