Just put this in last week. I had the eclipse AVN 4430 and couldn't stand the iPod interface. FM reception and bluetooth wasn't that great either. This pioneer is awesome. It has a great built in EQ, voice command that works with every function, crystal clear bluetooth, and an iPod interface that works just as easy as the actual ipod. You can also make the lights on the unit whatever color you want so it's easy to match it with the factory lights. Feel free to ask any questions. (Disregard all the dust!)

i probably could have found it cheaper, but i'd rather pay a little more for crutchfield and be able to send it back if i don't like it. plus their customer service is second to none. Also, i probably saved $100 on the harness, install kit, and steering wheel controls.

i wasn't satisfied with it. Plus, the ipod interface never would search right and eclipse couldn't figure it out. So they gave me a refund and I got the pioneer for around $800

The F700BT hasn't even been out for a year.

I just finally returned my last F700BT because it was goin bad. It was my 3rd one and I said to hell with it. The GPS was OK but slowed the system down greatly. I am not lovin my new 7" on the P4100DVD. It's way faster and plays DVDs. I figured, I pay $1/day for my iPhone's data plan, might as well use that for GPS and does not cost me to upgrade maps and find new businesses.

Wrong. There are several small differences. Not the least of which is the new x-710 and x-910 have faster processors in them (almost double as fast) to help correct the incredibly slow response and loading times on the F700 and F900 units.
