I'm out of school now so anytime is good really. Can't meet for the next three weekends or the week of the 16th. Other than that, whenever. Won't have the raptor done by then but I'll get that to you when its done.

Got a bit done on the satoshi today. I have the worst luck filling in the spaces with the leftover plastic :frusty: Gonna finish epoxying that tomorrow morning and throw on the body filler tomorrow afternoon. Should be ready for paint wednesday. Then the wait for next batch of raptor mesh....

Had the idea of putting two (6) switch panels here where this ham radio is. IMG_1960_8966e0280243cc8fdc645ad47ec9985090214dc4.jpg

Also, not sure where I want to move my cb antenna to. Options are putting it on a bed rack like what box rocket makes or a tailgate mount like bamf has.

That's not your picture, is it? I didn't even know there was that much space between the headliner and the roof for a radio!

I've heard tailgate mounts get better reception as there's more space between the cab for minimal interference.

Famous Fab also makes tailgate mounts I think.

Decided to make a tailgate bc antenna mount. It was supposed to be for the driver side but I accidentally made it for passenger. Oh well. zu4yqu5y_60781201593d8c342d03299923091d1fb262edd6.jpg

Also progress on the satoshi. Letting the bondo set overnight and will sand and paint tomorrow. hypyra2e_47e450a06da00d5752fd82c4e20488c1a17ac49e.jpg7e8u3equ_05f64516522aecd6db7e2ad9744745046223b41a.jpg

Youll like it on the passenger side better... I wanted mine driver but now both antennas are on the same side so it looks good... Hope you got an 18' coax cable.. Needed every little bit of 18' for my tailgate mount!

Installed. Put the spring on to help the pressure on the bracket.

Why do you have the stud on top of the spring? Mine is on the bottom of the spring

I moved the stud yesterday ;) I like the antenna much better there than on the tool box.

Made some progress on the satoshi tonight. All bondo is finished and I hope to never see a can of that again. While grill is primed and inner plastic has 4 coats of satin black. Tomorrow the rest will get color matched and I'll see how many coats of clear is can get on.

Just saw the vision x cannons. :spy: wonder how they'd look with the raptor grill. But that light output with the euro filters.
