Yeah that is exactly why I am wanting a hybrid bumper not full plate.
But even with a hybrid, skids and the sliders I have I am wondering if the 885s would suffice ?:/

Did you add all the weight at the same time? Skids, winch/bumper ect and about how much do you think you have hanging on the front? I've been tossing this question around for a while now. I'm wanting to put a 120 pound bumper only on mine down the road. Do you think the spring rate will still be too soft.
I'm thinking about the 887's for a little extra height though.

Dakars with aal are now installed in my 2nd gen. I carry about 1000lbs in the back at all times. Truck rides great. Hell of a lot better than it was with facory leafs aal and 2" block

What, if any, markings do OME coils have? The reason I ask is because I bought some used 5100s and the guy I bought them from didn't know what coils were on them as they were already on his truck when he bought it. chances are they're stock coils but wanted to find out.

The only marking I know of is a sticker placed around the coil wire about the middle of the coil. The sticker would state what series coil (88x)

Thanks for the info. Yeah I think I found an old thread that pretty much answered my question too. I'm pretty certain these are stock coils. Thanks again.

Yeah, these have yellow/yellow on one and purple/orange on the other. I'll post up pics later when I'm near them.

yeah...sound like stockers, but from the pic may be able to tell if they're progressive or linear.

yes, I believe they have a slight taper to them but I'll have to double check that when I get home tonight.

if so, those should be the offroad progressive coils, IIRC.

hmm, interesting. When I compared them to my stock sport coils off my 2013, the coils are thicker and spaced apart more.

Do the rear nitrochargers limit the travel of the Dakar springs? I feel like mine don't droop anywhere near as far as some pics I've seen around the site

I got the Drakar leaf pack with the 2 inches of lift and my truck sits level now. Ive got the Bilstein/Eibachcoils and struts to replace the leveling kit/with wore out coils and struts ,which will raise the front to be higher. If I add an AAL with 2 inches of lift, which shocks would I need?
