Seems like a cluster every year. I've heard reports of long lines, and running out of the good craft beer. Also, when people bought their tickets, they had a groupon sale where they sold them for cheaper. Made the presale ticket holders really pissed.

But then again, I have a lot of bias to that event.

 

Nah. Hidden falls with friends was a lot better than driving 1500 miles to see a bunch of non-friendly DBs

Fuck that! You need a spotter! That's how you move up in weights faster

 

Spotter, heavier weight, and lower reps (6-8).

 

Working with no spot is, the same as working out by yourself

 

If you are trying to get big you want heavier weights and 6-10 reps. Use a spotter that way you don't puss out and do 10-15lbs less than you would if you had a spotter

 

If you aren't using your spotter you aren't going big enough. I'm not saying use him every rep but your last rep don't be afraid to do one more because he will help you. That way you know you gave your everything That's my opinion at least from what my old football coach taught us
