    Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
    Seeing that it was a single cab it most likely had the 5VZFE which is the 3.4L. Chances are it was an automatic because I don't believe they made them in manual unless it was a 4x4.

    But yeah what a damn clean truck! Might as well drove it til it died... oh wait, that didn't work.
