Reinforce the rear frame where the bumpstop mounts. Pretty obvious weak point.

Nice use of the intercooler opening in the front bumper.

^Yes, hence he was able to use the bumper opening for the winch. EB trucks have to keep it unobstructed.

Yea I retrofitted a piece from a billet grill and painted it black in place of the open space there. Too many stories I've read about people getting their I/C's punched with road debris.

Tested with the high lift yesterday. Not really happy with how much they flex. Damn long legs... Think ill add some additional gussets in spots wher I noticed some flex and run them anyways. There's zero options out there in the slider world for these trucks so I dont have a choice. And im not welding to the frame because I cannot paint inside. Dont want another frame rusting from the inside out like the poor yota

Not stepping up to 3/16 wall tube either. They would be god awful heavy.

^You sure that's aluminum? (Check with magnet.)

You may be able to find rectangular tubing for the legs to reduce flex.

all good just curious, when looking at a flex pic of mine with stock rear shocks looks pretty similar, but an inch or inch and a half extra would be hard to see in these pics. i will likely go with a simple procomp rear shock that is roughly two inches longer than stock. also been searching around locally for raptor rear take offs without any luck.

just found out that fox coilovers are available up here at the canadian distributor for the 2014's finally! damn lower mount change.. gotta get rid of that crap spacer asap. at that point i can remove the sway bar but not with the terribly soft stock front parts.

was wondering if on full lock of the steering wheel if you are getting any noises occasionally. i was wondering what was broken, went to dealer this am and tech showed me where i get a slight rub, i guess he says it's comon and they see this regularly..
