Used to like C4 as well...doesn't do too much for me now. Now I'm using Presurge...it built up a tolerance QUICK for some reason. Tomorrow I'm getting in samples of 1MR and something called the Curse...heard good things about 1MR

I think Curse is made by Cobra Labs.

As for Controlled Labs...I use them for my nutritional supplements...Orange Triad, greens complex, and their citrus coated fish oil is awesome to get rid of the fish burps...I used to get em bad sometimes.

Tried their White Flood back in the day though...didn't do a thing for me.

There are a lot of people I know who took C4 for a while and moved on to 2 scoops because they built a tolerance. I on the other hand have been on it for 2 years (following their cycle recommendations) and it still pumps me up and makes my skin tingle

I hate C4. What makes me so angry about C4 is that it won the bb.com award for pre-workout of the year last year. I guess those fuckers were just attracted to the shiny packaging

The best pre-workout I've ever taken was Stimul8 by Finaflex. It said to take a half scoop, but being mr tough guy, I took a full scoop. By the middle of my workout, I had to stop b/c I was so jittery. It was crazy! I'm actually scared to take it again lol.

My current pre is Top-Secret fruit punch. That shit is awesome, too. Assault is my favorite pre, but Top-Secret is right there with it.

Anyway, I was looking at new workouts this morning and I found a really cool one that involves a lot of stuff I've never tried before, which is exactly what I've been looking for. The workout is designed specifically for cutting. Craig Capurso (BB.com pro) designed it and uses it to cut from his off-season ~12% bf to photo/contest bf levels (~5-9%) in just 30 days. Of course, none of it is groundbreaking, but it's a cool, strict 30 day workout that seems like it'll yield good results. The only thing I don't like about it is his diet. He says to calculate your TDE and subtract 400 calories from it on the first week and the subtract 100 calories each week after that, until you're done. I don't like that. Here are the new workouts I've never tried:

Ascending reps: say you're doing curls: you do 2 reps on your left arm and then 2 on your right, then 4 on your left and then 4 on your right, then 6 on your left and then 6 on your right, etc., all the way to 10, for a total of 30 reps.

Heavy volume training: on some sets, you'll do 10 sets of 3 with as much weight as possible. If you can only do 1 or 2, take weight off. If you can do 4 or more, add more weight.

Trisets: 3 exercises, back to back to back, with no rest in between. You do 3 different exercises for 3 different muscle groups (that is, you wouldn't do 3 biceps exercises) You do these with biceps, calves, and triceps exercises.

Pounds per rep: whatever weight you choose, you do that many reps. That is, if you're doing curls and decide to start with 30 lb. dumbbells, you've got to do 30 reps.

Cluster sets: doing as many reps as you can in 1 minute (mainly used for calves)

Timed rest: no more than 30 seconds between sets on any given workout

Cardio: depending on what day it is, you do LISS or HIIT or both!

Here's the link to thew main page:

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/30-days-out-craig-capursos-extreme-cut-trainer.html

I think I'm gonna try the chest workout on Monday and go from there
