After talking to Wheelers, I'm either debating these or 881's with spacers.

Its was suggested not to run the 883 since I have a 2.7l. He thought it would be too stiff vs. the 881 or 882.

I have never had a lift on my truck or anything im working on getting one now, but after everyone i talked to and did research on was told not to get spacers that it rides too rough, and heard the TRD tacoma's really do not like the spacers. dunno if you have one or not though.

Let me know how it runs, looking at a similar set up on my truck.

Anyone know where I can find a "Toyota" emblem like what the FJ has on the grille? I thought I saw a sticky somewhere but can't find it now

Pretty much stock with some crap welded to it.
You can buy them from a dealer.. Kinda pricey though.

Welded up the steering column....no more clunk love it so far.

Im amazed by how much noise and slop can come from so little of movement.

Got my CVT today. FedEx ended up sending it to my work building on base.... Haha

A dent in one part but not bad. We'll see how bad it is when I get it open.

Re tack welded my steering shaft slip joint. And re adjusted my e brake after my axle swap.

Anyone know what a complete 4.10 8.4" Non-ABS rear end would go for?

I ended up putting 3/4 of an inch of preload but damn! What a difference. Shits like butter zyqa4e4u_4d3f43d0baf1aff41d8965ebf23ef40006e2e872.jpg

Better than the over 3" I had with the stock icon coils

Icon coil overs, Camburg UCA, 1" body lift, lots of trimming, Scion XB seats with Wet Okle covers, Alpine Head unit and amps with RF subs and Polk Momo in doors, and much more.
What springs are those? Do you still sit 2.5 to 3 inches over without preload?

Did a rigging job in times square last night. Got some pictures of truck as we were unloading all my tools. So much backlighting but a pretty awesome/rare opportunity.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.

Are those Fabtec or King coils? It looks like I can see "FAB" on the top of one pic but also looks like I can see "kings" spelled out across the coil.

How do these coils differ from a normal coil-over like the Icon coils Ponethousand posted about? Im guessing they fit on a coil over assembly and they provide the 3" lift without having to adjust the preload?

The spacers he was talking about are small trim packers 5-10mm or maybe a top plate spacer which is only 1/4". When the spacer is that small it doesn't really effect the ride like a 3" spacer lift
