Summers campground is about 10 minutes from the park. The "primitive" camp area is about 10 acres or so, with nice amenities. There's even a pool and a fishing pond as well. Much nicer than camping at the park...get up ten minutes early and you're there at the same time, lol.

Should I start a new thread for this run or just keep track here? I can bring a grill if we wanna barbecue one evening, I can bring some meat too.

I'm going for Duratracs in a month. More aggressive tread and better than like BFGs in the snow. Hit up LoadedTaco (Peter) for awesome pricing through ChiTown 4x4. That's who I'm using just need $$

What's up and welcome. I had a 2wd Tacoma before with nitto terra grapplers....they did just fine. I thought they were the best I've used up until now on my current Tacoma with the Goodyear duratracs. They are fantastic in both rain and snow. Plus these are wide ass 295's. Usually a wider tire doesn't grip quite as well. These are great.

Well guys, I no longer have my Tacoma. Traded for a 2014 Mazda 6 and CX-5. Definitely miss my truck though. Wish I would have joined up with you guys more.
